Some clients are now price shopping and may not be as loyal or may not come in as regularly as before. And many people are just “putting off” the treatments that they really want to have done.
  • Finally, many medical spas have a client base who desire all natural products without harsh chemicals and preservatives, yet they struggle to find products like this that produce any noticeable results.
